Restaurant Events, Inc. provides event planning and coordination services for restaurant-based events in San Diego, California, including but not limited to:

• Block parties and street events
• Corporate dining events
• Group dinners and celebrations
• Progressive dinners
• Voucher dining programs

3. User Obligations

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when booking events
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not use our services for any unlawful or prohibited purpose
• Respect the rights of restaurant partners and other users

4. Booking and Cancellation Policy

Booking Process

Event bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. A booking is not confirmed until you receive written confirmation from us.

Cancellation

Cancellation policies vary by event type and will be specified in your event agreement. Generally:

• Cancellations made 30+ days before the event may receive a full refund
• Cancellations made 14-29 days before may receive a partial refund
• Cancellations made less than 14 days before may not be eligible for refund

5. Pricing and Payment

All pricing is provided on a per-event basis and will be detailed in your proposal. Prices are subject to change based on:

• Number of guests
• Venue selection
• Menu choices
• Additional services requested

Payment terms will be specified in your event agreement.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Restaurant Events, Inc. and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Restaurant Events, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of our services.

We act as an intermediary between clients and restaurant partners. We are not responsible for the actions, quality of service, or food safety practices of our restaurant partners.

8. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure to perform our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, or labor disputes.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Restaurant Events, Inc., its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of San Diego County, California.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
